RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@chl64.com. We will respond within two business days with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds:

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be receive within 7 days of package delivery date.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be provided for shipping costs, or promotional items. Please note: Customer satisfaction guarantee is valid for up to 30-day of the purchase date. Refund processing times may vary and require 5-10 business days depending on your banking institution, credits may not appear on your account right away. You may need to check with your bank or credit card company if you think there may have been an error, to ensure the refund is processing. If you continue to have issues after 10 days, please contact us by e-mailing orders@chl64.com.

Promotions and coupon codes and valid for a limited time. CH LABS, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code is allowed per transaction.

Shipping Options and Rates
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $85.00 shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free USPS ground shipping.
Standard Shipping: For orders under $85.00, standard shipping is available for a flat rate, delivered within 3–7 business days.
Priority Shipping: You may select expedited shipping at checkout. Priority shipping delivers within 1–2 business days for a $20.00 fee in the contiguous United States.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping to California, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days.
Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days for a $30.00 fee.
